Now Hiring Lead Carpenter $30-$40hr (60k-80k annually)

Cornerstone Contractors and Property Management LLC is a residential general contracting and construction company in Claremont, NH. We are the renovation specialists in the Upper Valley. Our work environment is constantly changing from one site to the next there is plenty to learn. Combining modern technology with traditional practices. Growth opportunities are available with every position. We are seeking a highly skilled carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: Stud framing, installation, construction painting, carpentry, restoration, plaster, blueprint reading, water damage restoration, siding, tile work and masonry.

Responsibilities: Perform the duties of the construction process- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications- Install framing and drywall- Install doors, windows, and siding- Perform interior and exterior painting- Repair and restore damaged structures- Perform water damage restoration.

Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry or construction, ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications- Strong leadership skills - Knowledge of framing, installation, construction painting, drywall installation and finishing, restoration, plastering, blueprint reading, water damage restoration, siding installation, and cabinetry.
